自小便最愛吃蛋撻
很多地方的蛋撻都試過了

美心、聖安娜的無謂提了, 冷冰冰的, 吃了身體也涼了一截
東京、喜包店的呢? 新鮮是新鮮了, 熱燙燙的, 可是蛋太淡之餘, 酥皮亦沒有質感, 太脆弱
其餘的情況也是類似...

今天
終於發現了一家異常美味蛋撻發源地了
原來這也是昔日肥彭光顧過的呢: 位於中環擺花街的泰昌餅家 !

帶有牛油味的蛋
加上厚而鬆化的酥皮
wow, 不禁要學《伙頭智多星》的味王大叫一句
"實在太美味喇^^"
